Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions under which AI Invoicer (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes refunds and cancellations for our AI-powered invoicing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform (“Service”). By subscribing to or using AI Invoicer, you agree to this Policy.


1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions.

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to help@aiinvoicer.in.

1.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • You will lose access to the Service and any associated data at the end of the billing cycle.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from cancellation.


2. Refund Policy

  • Paid Subscriptions: Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as outlined below.

  • Free Trials: No refunds are provided for free trial periods.

2.2 Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same subscription.

  • Service Failure: If the Service is unavailable or malfunctioning for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

  • Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel your subscription within 15 days of the initial purchase (if applicable in your jurisdiction).

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service.

  • Failure to use the Service due to user error or lack of understanding.

  • Partial use of the Service during the billing cycle.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account information, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.

  3. Wait for Response: We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.


4. Processing Refunds

  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.


5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of AI Invoicer after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
